我公司鑄造與機(jī)械加工為一體，始建于1985年，現(xiàn)已建立了從模具制造、毛坯鑄造、加工的完整生產(chǎn)流程，擁有較強(qiáng)的技術(shù)力量，豐富的制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)。公司現(xiàn)有職工50余人，工程技術(shù)人員5人，占地面積30余畝，建筑面8000平方米。我司不斷引進(jìn)新的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、鑄造設(shè)備、加工設(shè)備及檢測(cè)設(shè)備，提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性和交期的準(zhǔn)確性。生產(chǎn)設(shè)備有樹(shù)脂砂回收線、樹(shù)脂砂造型線、中頻熔煉電爐，還有其他輔助生產(chǎn)設(shè)備若干。加工設(shè)備有數(shù)控機(jī)床和普通機(jī)床若干臺(tái)。并配有一套完善的化驗(yàn)檢測(cè)設(shè)備，擁有德國(guó)光譜儀、拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)、沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)、金相顯微鏡、硬度機(jī)等檢測(cè)設(shè)備。
我司可生產(chǎn)球墨鑄件、灰鐵鑄件、耐熱鑄鐵、高硅鑄鐵等各種材質(zhì)鑄件。主要產(chǎn)品有：機(jī)床鑄件、消失模鑄件、球墨鑄件、灰鐵鑄件、礦山機(jī)械鑄件、消防栓鑄件、泵體閥門鑄件、鑄造模具等。全部依據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)，其中非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品依照用戶圖紙生產(chǎn)。經(jīng)省，市計(jì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局連續(xù)不定的抽樣檢驗(yàn)，各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到或超過(guò)鑒定規(guī)程要求。被省市兩級(jí)有關(guān)部門授予“重合同，守信譽(yù)”單位，產(chǎn)品銷往31個(gè)省市、自治區(qū)，部分產(chǎn)品遠(yuǎn)銷：美國(guó)，德國(guó)，日本，韓國(guó)等，產(chǎn)品深受客戶的好評(píng)。

Our company integrates casting and machining. Founded in 1985, we have established a complete production process from mold manufacturing, blank casting and processing. We have strong technical force and rich manufacturing experience. The company now has more than 50 employees and 5 engineering technicians, covering an area of more than 30 mu and a building surface of 8000 square meters. The main products are: machine tool castings, EPC castings, ductile iron castings, gray iron castings, mining machinery castings, fire hydrant castings, pump valve castings, casting molds, etc. All products are produced according to national standards, and non-standard products are produced according to user drawings. Through continuous and uncertain sampling inspection by provincial and municipal measurement technology supervision bureaus, all technical indicators meet or exceed the requirements of national identification regulations. It has been awarded the unit of "honoring contracts and keeping promises" by relevant departments at provincial and municipal levels. Its products sell well in 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions. Some of its products are exported to the United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea and other countries.
